Great service per usual; no upselling that I experienced nor what I heard while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Calm, happy, and kind. I’d like to see on one of the walls something about each of your team members; know them a bit better than “Discount Tire employee #5 that was friendly but is just another face doing their job”. The wall would help with letting us have some fun in knowing who’s the people helping us and working on our cars. It also prevents awkward “SpongeBob” fake and forced greetings that tend to follow us around department stores. Keep up the good work !

Received a call prior to my appointment stating that they were ready for me and where to go once I arrived.

Very impressed with how quickly I was serviced. For the standard tire rotation, I was in and out within 30 minutes. Booking online helps.

I had amazing experience at this location. I felt like a true VIP they don’t make customer service like this like they used to. It was extremely refreshing to see how well the staff handled everyone that came through the doors regardless if you had an appointment or not because I had an appointment I was treated first which I appreciate it and it was a very nice touch to have my name on one of the parking spaces. Highly recommend 10 out of 10.
