He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. He even remained professional when a customer was rude to him. Staff was very friendl and the store was clean. When I walked in, there was a line of customers waiting, but employees greeted me still and let us know that someone would be with us as soon as possible. That goes a long way when you’re acknowledged when in line. Once they were putting tires on my car, each customer in the waiting room was offered a bottle of water which was a nice touch on their customer service. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

800 am appt booked online. Work did not start until 830. Disappointing.

Went in with an appointment and took 20 minutes to get checked in. My tires were NOT rotated and I had to point it out to the techs who then appeared annoyed. Not going back to this location!
