All store personnel that I dealt with were professional and friendly. Repaired my tire and I was on my way. I have had only good experiences at Discount Tire and highly recommend.

It does get very busy, so get there early or make an appointment or you will be waiting awhile, but it's worth it. They're friendly, knowledgeable, very honest and get the job done.

Excellent customer service from start to finish! Zachary greeted me as soon as I walked in, got me checked in quickly, and provided an accurate estimate for when my vehicle would be finished. Although the store was busy, the entire staff worked efficiently to ensure every customer was taken care of in a timely manner. Once my vehicle was in the service bay, Jack came out to confirm my order for four new tires and provided an updated completion estimate. Since it was raining, he went above and beyond by offering to let me leave directly from the service bay so I wouldn’t have to get wet—a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated. One thing that really stood out was the positive atmosphere among the team. The technicians in the service bay were singing together while they worked, which spoke volumes about their teamwork and enjoyment of their jobs. I highly recommend Discount Tire. The Woodruff Road team in Greenville delivers outstanding customer service and truly sets the standard for a great customer experience.

Discount Tire is my go to place for ALL my tire needs. The employees there are friendly and very knowledgeable, they take the time to explaine about my tire wear and the choices available for me. They are very efficient and keep me advised about the service that was being done on my car. When they finished I received a text that my car was ready to pick up. I really like this service because it keeps me informed about the service that is being done. I also like the idea that you can go to their web site and order your tires,set up a time that is convenient for you and pay for everything. This way when they are finished you just get in your vehicle and drive away. How cool is that.

The service was excellent and a timely matter for a busy Saturday. They are to be commended.
