This store had availability on a Friday when no other location did. I made an appt out of necessity but will make them my future location of choice. Everyone was prompt, knowledgeable and seemed well versed in their positions. Also it is situated near several restaurants and other store in which I was able to make my wait time seem shorter. I will definitely be back for future tire needs.

Lucas was exceptional and made my experience very easy. Received a great price for my tires. Had my wife go over later to have the tires put on. That shows how much I trust the store and the people. Store is clean and comfortable. The nice thing is if I have any problems later I tell my wife to go right to the store and they will take care of it. Used this store since we moved here 10 years ago. They even took care of my old tires before I had an opportunity to buy new ones. Would definitely recommend this store.

Discount tire is always knowledgeable and helpful. I have been going to them for many years now but what I saw last week was beyond amazing. The people who came in during my visit were stunningly hard to deal with and the staff handled them with professionalism and patience I don't believe I have ever seen in my 50 years on this earth. One grown man in his 40s walked in with his mother on speaker phone and handed the phone, belligerent momma and all, to the gentlemen behind the counter who patiently explained every detail and answered every question while she berated her son for his lead foot and "loose ways". The same young man stood at the counter with dignity as a young lady jumped up and down, shaking the very foundations of the store to complain that her "lifetime warranty" should mean she never had to pay for tires as long as she lived, finally leaving by slamming the door, screeching tires and shouting "oh I'm gonna call customer service alright!". Sadly her tires had lasted over double the manufacturers warranty already and, for myself and a few other patrons, we were quite impressed that they had gotten her nearly as far as they had. The young man somehow never managed to be anything other than polite and professional. A superhuman feat if I've ever seen one!. Next, a call came in and the young lady who took it was stuck answering question after question, dealing with price matches, describing every specification and every nuance of difference between each and every tire brand, type, pattern and makeup such that the education I received from eavesdropping should have been accompanied by at least a bachelor's degree. To say that I was impressed by their ability to maintain composure in the face of the circumstances that day is an understatement. It is obvious that not all heroes wear capes. Apparently some wear red golf shirts and black khakis.

Great! Lucas was great! Online purchasing was great. Vehicle was ready by time indicated.

Excellent customer service!

Despite this location being very busy we were helped quickly and had our vehicle serviced without issue. We had our vehicle towed in on a Tuesday with two flat tires and were originally quoted with the delivery and service to be done by Friday, but we were pleasantly surprised to be notified that the tires came in Wednesday morning with a completion time of 2:30. We’re very satisfied with how quick and communicative staff was.

Time waiting on my car to be pulled from the bay was ridiculous
