Bryson was very helpful when I came in with a flat tire. He found the problem quickly (razor blade ) and had me out in less than an hour with a new tire. So thankful we had the warranty and there was no cost for the tire.

I am so disappointed at the change in discount tire. They’ve lost a long time customer (over 10 years), They were always friendly and trustworthy but have gone to some new sleazy hard sell tactics that made me very uncomfortable. I went to get a slow leaking tire inspected and repaired if necessary. After trying to sell me wiper blades, the salesperson made me select a new tire before my tire was inspected “in case they couldn’t repair it.” They have never done that before. I said, “well, let’s see if I need it first.” And he told me that it’s just in case they can’t repair it and they can just put the new one on otherwise they have to stop everything and so, let’s just select this tire in case it needs to be replaced. I can understand wanting to save time and be efficient, but it did not sit well with me that it was done before inspection. They are getting you to commit to something when it may not even be needed. Also, he did not show me any tires or go over my options, just a price range. It was so pushy and slimy. I won’t be back.

Communication clarity and time spent was an issue.

Wrong size tires were ordered. Had to choose a different brand. After leaving the first time, vehicle had a warning of sudden loss of tire pressure. Went back to have pressures checked and vehicle tire pressure system reset. Left the 2nd time and vehicle showed a warning for the TPMS system. Went back again. Tire pressures were checked again and system reset but did not fix the problem. They then discovered that 1 of the 4 new tires that had been mounted was the wrong size which was causing the TPMS warning. Had to wait again for the correct tire size to be re-mounted. Should have been in and out in less than an hour, but all these issues and trips back to the store consumed almost 3 hours of my time.
