Service was quick with having used the online website for ordering tires and prepay! The downside was not receiving any paperwork for what tires were purchased along with the extended warranty.

Bryson was very helpful when I came in with a flat tire. He found the problem quickly (razor blade ) and had me out in less than an hour with a new tire. So thankful we had the warranty and there was no cost for the tire.

They left lube all over my wheel and when I went to wash it off I immediately noticed that they had scraped and scratched my new wheel all the way around the rim! They gave me a number to a wheel repair shop that the employee said that the always use!! Apparently the damage wheels a lot! Will not be taking anything back to them.

Bought a set of 4 tires. Made an appointment. Shower up to my appointment. Rep said it would be out quick since there were barely any cars. Left to make some errands. Got a call from the rep almost 2 hours later to tell me they did not have the front two tires in the store that I had to wait 2 more hours for them to go get the two tires from a different store. Wasn't that the point to but the tires and order them? To have them ready? Showed up to get my car. Left. Right front passenger tire showed it was at 20psi. Returned to the store and apparently they did not screw the valve all the way? What in the world? How was it even allowed to leave like that? Did no one check if everything was done correctly? I think the staff needs training. Not to mention I got the tires with the discount credit card. I was supposed to get 5% off. Was charged the FULL price. When I went back to the store for my appointment the manager was able to fix this. He return me the 5% in cash. Overall a very poor experience. Not happy at all with discount tire and I've been a loyal customer for many years.
