I had a 11: 15am appointment for rotation of tires. I was advised that It would be an hour wait. I thought this was excessive. I will say all of the employees were very professional and friendly.

Upon arrival to the store on the first scheduled appointment, I received a text that the ordered tires had not arrived the day before. Could have saved the trip at 8 in the morning.

Always go to Discount Tire. Pulled in years ago with a nail in tire. Had never done business with them. They fixed the tire at no charge and sent me on my way. From that point on have done all my family tire business with Discount Tire
