My wife is a travel nurse and her tire blew out on her travels. We had the car towed to discount Tire and they didn't have our specific Tire in stock after speaking with the manager Curtis he went the extra mile by e retrieving the tire from another location and put my wife back on the road that afternoon. A+ Service, A+ Dedication, A+ Satisfaction. Very happy customer, highly recommend!

I came in 2 days prior to my set appointment and selected the tires and schedule my appointment. I arrived around 3:12 for my 3:30 appointment. I had to wait to past 3:30 in line to talk with a sells representative. In the meantime there was a line in front and behind me. The phone ringing was continuous without anyone answering the phone. My scheduled appointment took 1:27:55 hours to install two tires and rotate the tires on the back to the front. The tires were finally completely installed at 4:40pm. The was only two customer service representatives working most of the time there with a third showing up for several minutes. Not a pleasant experience.

Very helpful. Attempted to go to a belle tire store prior to going to discount they were rude at belle tire and lied about their wait time. You guys were able to fit me in to fix my tire at no cost. Thank you

Just know, how long it takes is truly unknown. I scheduled appt online for 10:45. Was there early and checked in. Was told I would be out by 11:30. My car wasn't taken in until 11:30 and wasn't done til 12:10. Not sure of purpose of scheduling appt if not adhered to.
