Austin & 2 of his co-workers went out of their way in resolving a problem with replacing boat trailer tires from my 1995 trailer. Turns out my existing galvanized wheels were similar, but not identical. This created clearance issues with the suspension on one side. They went out of their way to resolve my issues. Kudos to the crew at Discount Tire at 4195 Eastex Freeway in Beaumont, TX.

Okonkwo customer service was top tier he was very knowledgeable of the service that I received. I was acknowledge upon arrival he also kept me updated with the progress of the service. The crew that worked on 3/14/26 showed a lot of team work. All of the cars were in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend Discount Tire just because the customer service was top tier!

Watching thru window in showroom my passenger side front tire was removed and placed on the back without being balanced. Back tire was removed and balanced and placed on the front. Contacted Red Shirt standing in front of my truck, he had rear tire removed and balanced. Could not see if driver's side tires were balanced. First time in 20+ years of getting service here that I saw this. My trust and confidence is broken. I'll have to stand at the back of my vehicle and watch everything from now on to make sure work is performed as it should be.

Great service and on time

The worst experience I have ever had at a Discount Tire. They used a worn out and twisted tool to try to remove the screws from my beadlock rim. They almost ruined a couple of the screws because of their worn out tools! They at least did come and get me to see what was happening before they totally ruined something. I waited an hour to find out they couldn’t repair my flat even with having an appointment. Went down the road to another Discount Tire and they were more than helpful on getting my tire repaired without any issues and I was out the door in less than an hour without an appointment.

The staff are very good and helpful and will immediately help you with your questions and concerns and take as less time getting you taken care of sooner than later and the prices are reasonable for tires

My only negative comment is with my new tire air pressure. I asked for 35psi all around & was assured of this pressure. The next morning—before driving—the digital air pressures were: 34, 33, 33, & 37 psi.
