The GM here was awesome! He was super personable and professional. They got me in quickly even with a packed lobby. They fixed a hidden nail in my tire and got me back on the Texas roads to probably get another nail in a tire thanks for all the construction. Anyway, the staff was awesome and the GM was jacked, so I highly recommend Discount

Great customer service and pricing.

I would recommend this store but I wouldn't recommend working with Ryan. He took my keys then left my vehicle sitting untouched whenI dropped off at 1pm until I returned to the store about 15 min before closing. I didn’t get notified my vehicle was ready but I figured it would be ready by that time. It in fact was not. It was in the same spot I left it and my tire had not been changed.

Fast service and great customer service.

I was treated with up the up most respect at discount tires on Vance Jackson on Feb 13 , 2026 when I was getting my 2018 KIA Sportage serviced for tires ! The gentleman , Adrian , helped me get a great deal on brand new tires for my Kia on Friday , Feb. 13,2026 without rushing me to make a decision on the deal !

Once you enter the store you’re greeted with we’ll be with you shortly by the reps who’s dealing with other clients and then when it’s your turn the rep listens to your concerns then assess the issues while creating a profile for you. If the trouble you’re having isn’t visible then they will have the car sent into the shop and give you a timeline on when the assessment or along with repairs may take. My issue was resolved, my customer representative was friendly and courteous. Mario was very professional in carrying out his duty. I appreciate the service given by Discount Tire’s
