I just had a quick comment, or question...? I had made an appointment the day before, but when I arrived, ( 15 minutes before my appointment time ), no one asked if I had an appointment,,? I was waited on about 5 minutes past my appointment time, but that's "ok", the store was very busy, but what good does it do to schedule an appointment time?? thank you,
