My car is in much safer driving condition thanks to Al and the team at DT! They were quite busy when I arrived but I was helped right away and was back on the road in about 30 minutes. ……………..ATTENTION VETERANS… I have never experienced such exemplary customer service in my life. When I tell you this is the best store to go to for customer service and going above and beyond in their duty as employees. Exemplary is an understatement. Not just one Employee yet every employee. When I left here I was so pumped up by the above and beyond actions of every employee it blew me away. I was shocked every employee. I came into contact with 3 sales representatives in the front. As well. As 3 mechanics in the rear. Even though there was about 5 plus mechanics in the shop. You could tell how they were a family that utilized each other and pulled together as 1. I have not seen this in the civilian world. Not once Not everyone. How felt when I left here is just surreal. Empowered that I mattered to so may. Each employee that I came into contact with cared and I felt it and you could see it. It showed in there action towards every customer that they delt with as well as how if one needed help they were all there to jump in and assist with the issue/issues. Like computer glitches/ freezing due to a torrential down poor. Professional, humorous, & courteous. There is not enough that I can say about the all around care that I experienced and saw everyone else experiencing. So I will tell every person I come in contact with about it. I will do it with passion because that is what these employees have done for your company. This is your poster child store. The team you have at the Kirkendall & Louetta your (Spring) location cannot be matched. They all need a raise and extra paid day off somewhere down the line. As well as an award and not just any old award. Not a cheep piece of plastic or trash certificate award. Maybe a gold coin or something of that matter. They need to feel how I felt when I left your store of all places. They need to be put on display for all to see. Not just the bosses either. This was a family unit that was unbreakable. Empowered, pumped up like I could conquer the world, peace knowing they had my back. No place of business has made me feel so many strong feelings at once in many, many years. So until I no longer feel this way, I am going to shout it from every roof top. Thanks
