Employees do their best to service you quickly and efficiently. I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Most of the time, I've been treated with respect and professionalism. I had an appointment and purchased my tires on line, but still had a longer wait than expected They were busy. So far happy with my new tires.

Great service, really fast (30 minutes in and out). They doubled checked the tire balance on 2 different machines. They also used a torque wrench after the tires were installed to make sure the all the lugs nuts were torqued to the the OEM speciation's.

I told Woode that I had been putting air in my front driver side tire every week and he told me to request a flat repair and he was the only one who conducted himself in a professional manner. I stood for a moment when I went inside waiting for someone to acknowledge me. The associate did a HORRIBLE JOB in communicating with me. He did not provide a wait time nor the next step that they were taking. While waiting, one of your associates was coughing throughout the area and he did not cover his mouth. I asked him to cover his mouth, but he did not do so. Once my vehicle was serviced, your associate walked up and interrupted my conversation without saying excuse me. I scolded him for being rude and made him say excuse me. It seemed like Woode was the only one who I interacted with who spoke English. Your associates are definitely in need of customer service training and they need to learn to speak English.
