I had an appointment scheduled and it still took over 2 hours to get my vehicle serviced. They did not start working on my vehicle until I complained about the wait time ,even though I had an appointment scheduled. When they finally did service my vehicle, they did not service it properly. If you value your time I recommend going to the Fayetteville location.

Discount Tire staff has always been helpful in meeting my tire needs.

I did not have a good experience at this location. The last time I had tires rotated and balanced. They took almost 2 hours to do the job, and I had a 11 AM appointment. Also, they did not check the pressure in the tire, so my wife had to stop at a Mavis tire to have air put in on Sunday while driving to Kentucky. I would not recommend this location.
