My last visit, they straightened my rim when they could have sold me a new wheel. And they wouldn't even charge me for the repair! I've been coming to Discount Tire for years, because they always give exceptional service and have the best price!

I appreciate Jose's professionalism and the technical knowledge of the team. The job was well done! However, what was disconcerting was that the mechanic who backed the car out of the bay had very greasy hands and left some of that grease in our car. I would like to suggest that your mechanics grab a pair of gloves before entering a customer's car.

Super happy with and appreciative of the quick and honest service I have received twice at this store. Been in twice for FREE tire patches - somehow I pick up a lot of nails - and they have quoted and stood by quick estimated times on both trips. Easy to pop next door to IHOP to grab some breakfast while I wait. Will definitely be back when it comes time to actually buy tires.
