I have a defective tire in my opinion and was given a nonsensical response from the manager and no satisfaction to my concerns.

Victor is awesome and I wish every experience is like this one when we are dealing with cars. He knew his stuff about tires and was willing to teach me and guide me to the right answer

I have never had a bad experience with Discountvtire untill this visit, like always I was greeted and they were very efficient with the work. But I had previously told one of the techs to make sure they didn’t over torque the studs on my aluminum rims because they will more than likely strip. Well as they’re almost done I watch them put the tires back on and one of the techs starts to really cranks down on one of the studs with the torque gun. A few clicks and your pretty good, but nope he had to full send it I guess, completely stripped the stud and to make it just a bit worse they just through out the nut I had that matched the rims. Keep in mind you can’t get one of them because this sports car is over 20 years old and the rims came with a special set and the business that makes them are no longer around. So I ask the front desk how they will fix it and they tell me there’s nothing they can do but they give me this “voucher” to go and get it fixed at a shady mechanic shop that if you look on google maps it looks like an abandoned house. I definitely will be taking my buisness elsewhere and will let everyone know not to go to discount Tire.

Brought a tire that the side wall was damaged due to a road hazard. Was charged fifty dollars to replace a warranty tire. I would like to know the reason I was charged fifty dollars.
