Had a great experience here. My vehicle needed service that was not provided here. The technician showed me what was happening and there recommendations. I appreciate the honesty. It was very surprising that they did not charge me for anything. Don't get that too many places anymore. I appreciate the technician, as the repair needed is quite expensive especially finding the replacement part.

No nonsense, great value and customer focused.

I'm a loyal Customer. I will keep coming back. My advice to leadership is to increase the number of bays and have a dedicated repair bay. There is no point offering extended warranty service and free flat repairs if a customer has to wait over 2 hours for a 10 minute repair.

They are a new store and showroom isn’t open but they were working fast in their temporary trailers.

Service is quick and efficient. Staff is always nice and helpful. My recent free tire rotation and balancing (included with my tire certificate) only took about 15 minutes.

Tires not in stock when I arrived for my appointment. Had to wait two hours for them to be shipped from another store in the area. I have always been a satisfied customer with DT, but this was disappointing. DT is that good that I will continue to be a customer, I just hope they assure orders are truly ready when they confirm appointments.
