About Our Tire Shop

Adjacent to Route 386 (Vietnam Veterans Boulevard), Rivergate Mall Discount Tire is located on Gallatin Pike North at Riverchase Boulevard in Madison. We have you covered for new tires and rims and we aim to please!

Come get your free air pressure check and inspection. From our six service bays, our friendly on-site experts perform precision services, including wheel and tire installation, rotation, balancing, and repair. 

Watch from our showroom and enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi. Or, you can run errands while we service your vehicle; we have Academy Sports + Outdoors, David’s Bridal, Metro Diner and Zaxby’s Chicken nearby. 

Walk-ins are always welcome, or you can schedule an appointment if you prefer.

I’d like to recognize Ken and I really wish I could remember the gentleman who assisted me on January 18, 2025. I had an appointment at 1:45pm. Ken and the other guy who assisted me were awesome and very knowledgeable! Ken was actually cleaning when I came in. He stopped what he was doing and made his self available to assist me. The customer service was legendary. They made sure the transaction was easy, less timely, and smooth. Shout out to the whole team for being on top of their game! Also, the manager for building a great team :) 10 out of 10 I recommend!

From time to time, everyone runs into an unexpected issue when servicing a vehicle. Mine was most unusual, it was almost comical. But thankfully, the Madison store has very good management from Wes and Art. You can trust that whatever the issue is, they will take care of it and leave you feeling that this will definitely be your go-to-store for future tire purchases and current tire issues.
