New Tires and Wheel Store in Madison, TN 37115

Excellent service and special care applied to my newly owned 1999 Pontiac Trans Am. The wheels were the WS6 option wheels are are irreplaceable. The tires on the car were 16 years old from the previous owners! Not an easy job but we'll done by all the guys in the shop.

Dusty was honestly the nicest, kindest, knowledgeable sales person I’ve ever encountered. While helping me, he was still greeting customers and letting them know it’ll be a few minutes. I’ve been a long time discount tire customer and have never had customers experience like his. I told him that I wasn’t able to pay a lot, due to I was going in for a flat tire repair, I was not expecting to pay for 2 brand new tires. I was moving states the following morning and he said “not with these tires you’re not” we went back into the store and he was able to work a price out to help me get tires to travel safely. His kindest will be why I refer people to discount tire. Very grateful to have worked with him.

Driving with our small spare tire was not going to work. Your store was kind enough to work us in and get us on our way.

I’d like to recognize Ken and I really wish I could remember the gentleman who assisted me on January 18, 2025. I had an appointment at 1:45pm. Ken and the other guy who assisted me were awesome and very knowledgeable! Ken was actually cleaning when I came in. He stopped what he was doing and made his self available to assist me. The customer service was legendary. They made sure the transaction was easy, less timely, and smooth. Shout out to the whole team for being on top of their game! Also, the manager for building a great team :) 10 out of 10 I recommend!
