New Tires and Wheel Store in Madison, TN 37115

I can't say enough good things about Dusty at Discount Tire. He has excellent customer service skills and is one of the most personable, friendly people I've dealt with at any shop. From the moment I walked in, he made the whole process easy and stress-free. I came in torn between two sets of tires, and Dusty walked me through a side-by-side comparison so I could actually understand the differences. He helped me choose the set that was the best fit for my car and my needs, without any pressure. He also let me know I'd need an alignment, which I really appreciated, since I wouldn't have known otherwise. I mentioned I'd been having trouble with my tire pressure sensor light and was worried some or all of my sensors were bad. Dusty took the time to check them for me, and we got everything squared away. It was such a relief to leave without that light hanging over my head. There was also a small mishap where my rear windshield wiper accidentally got broken during service. Dusty came right in, reassured me it was no big deal at all, and took care of getting it replaced. The way he handled it honestly made me trust the shop even more. Dusty went above and beyond from start to finish. He's knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. If you're heading to Discount Tire, ask for Dusty. Thank you so much!

I scheduled online for a mail in my tire. I just bought the vehicle about 4 months ago. I have bought many tires for different vehicles there at the Rivergate location. They fixed my tire at no charge. I’m very satisfied with this location the workers are great and knowledgeable. Thank you Discount Tire for another great experience! Lisa Roberson

Dusty was professional and friendly. Answered all my questions. He’s an asset for your company!

Seth and the service technicians at this store do an amazing job of getting work done quickly and with a great attitude. I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size tire for my vehicle. Seth was able to locate the correct size tires locally and have them installed. I'm thankful to him and the team here for taking great care of me and my car.

I booked an appointment online. I was checked in very quickly. Hayden took his time explaining and showing me the options available to me. I know I asked the same questions a couple of times about different brands of tires. I appreciated his attention to the detail.
