This location is always super clean and the employees are nice and seem to care about their job. As a woman I can always trust I will be treated with courtesy and respect, which is not always the case with auto/tire shops. They also beat everyone else's price and give the best service so they are my number one choice every time.

West Nashville Discount Tire location is my go for tire issues AND wiper blades. The associates - all of them - are extremely polite, helpful, and they keep you informed every step of the way so you know exactly how long you'll be waiting. I can't recommend them highly enough. 6 stars maybe!!

Staff is service and sales oriented so I was cross sold wiper blades. Unfortunately, the drivers side one came off in a rainstorm a day later and my wife had no visibility on the interstate! Not great installation for something I didn’t even intend on buying.

My daughter drove back to college from Eastern Virginia and as she pulled into her dorm room in Nashville had a flat tire. Not knowing the repairability of the flat tire and the fact that the tires were getting close to the end of their useful life, I decided to go ahead and replace all four. I could not locate any other tire shop with a set of four decent quality tires until I contacted discount tire. I ordered them online and spoke with a salesperson over the phone to set up an appointment since I was unable to get the appointment I needed online. They were very accommodating. I was able to pay for everything online so my daughter didn't have to worry about that. I would definitely recommend them.
