New Tires and Wheel Store in Nashville, TN 37209

My daughter drove back to college from Eastern Virginia and as she pulled into her dorm room in Nashville had a flat tire. Not knowing the repairability of the flat tire and the fact that the tires were getting close to the end of their useful life, I decided to go ahead and replace all four. I could not locate any other tire shop with a set of four decent quality tires until I contacted discount tire. I ordered them online and spoke with a salesperson over the phone to set up an appointment since I was unable to get the appointment I needed online. They were very accommodating. I was able to pay for everything online so my daughter didn't have to worry about that. I would definitely recommend them.

Really had the best experience here! I believe Don was the same of my service coordinator and he was such a great guy. The whole team was friendly and got me in and out in less than 30 minutes because I had somewhere to be for work. The store was clean and I was just really impressed with the whole experience. Previously, I’d had a terrible experience at the store in Madison so I wasn’t sure if I wanted to stick with this company or not. However, the Charlotte Pike location really turned my opinion around. Thank you!!

When they get your car into the stall to start working on it. They do the job in a timely manner.

I wouldn't bring my tire needs any where else. The company is run like a well run machine. The employees are all so polite and I know I am getting the best service out there.

I was in and out of here within 30 minutes with a replacement tire when one of mine got gashed in the side from a pot hole. These guys made an annoying day a lot better by being so quick and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I had bought certificates on my previous set of tires, so all I had to pay for was the cert renewal for the new one. It’s basically insurance for your tires and makes it a lot easier and less stressful if you ever have to use it!

I highly recommend the Charlotte Pike Discount Tire Store. I have had tires put on a couple of my vehicles there and have always had good service. I do recommend buying your tires and booking your appointment online as the store is usually very busy. I booked my latest appointment and was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes.

Had an appointment made on line along with making full payment online. Showed up 15 minutes early. After 1 hour they still had not pulled it in the shop went and asked about it and they had to check. Came back and said mine was next. Waited another 30 minutes before they pulled it it and started working on it. Total time 2.5 hours with an appointment. Don’t know what happened , but it was not that busy and people that arrived after me were out before me. Sometimes things happen, but the reason for only three stars is that no one seemed to care that they had missed it by 1.5 hours. A simple apology would have increased the rating.

Friendly, professional, & clean. Top notch customer service form the entire staff. Aidan, noticed the damage to my wheels and took the time to show me replacement options and costs. And when they tell you it saves time to book online ahead of time. It is truly understood, or it could be the staff. made an 815am appointment, arrived just before they opened, Aiden check me in and I was on the road with 4 new tires by 816am. I say, that deserves a 6th star.

Everyone is always friendly and quick to get you out the door and prices are reasonable.
