Even though it was closing time on a Saturday night, I was treated as though I was the first customer of the day. At 83 a low tire is a big problem. Everyone was courteous and professional. They deserve a big "Attaboy"!

Nikki and Manny were both very professional and knowledgeable. My interactions with other team members have all been excellent. Good crew they have!

The service advisor. There didn't understand or didn't want to. I needed 3 new tires. I ended up with 4 new tires and my tire. I was running short of time so did the 4 new tires so next tires I need I will check other tire stores in my area.

I have used discount tires all over the place, in past traveled TEXAS a lot… they are very dependable.. and this store was one of good ones.. glad Amarillo has 4 ( I think that’s right)

This store was great. I arrived an hour before my scheduled appointment because I was in town faster than expected and had 4 new tires and back on the road in under an hour.

Cameron did an awesome job in educating me on which tires would be best for my vehicle!!

Discount tire is always very helpful and as quick as possible. Even though they were super busy with 15 in front of me, John provided me an accurate wait time of 2.5 to 3 hours to get my tires fixed and checked in with me on updates as to when they would be starting on my vehicle. Thank you

This visit was another confirmation that this company does it right. Always an amazing customer service experience with the whole working together for the best results. I am so impressed with the apparent training and follow through to management. In this case they helped with a travel emergency and I left knowing all was well again. Stress gone!

Very busy place but was helped in a timely fashion. Every worker was very polite. Manager was impressive how he handled crisis. A woman (could hear her hollering so am sure of gender) called and was mad because no one had returned a call to her. The door had just opened for business. He was extremely polite and tried to soothe her craziness. There was a computer problem while I was there and he quickly tended to it and was back helping people. Every worker was patient while listening to customers wants, adding helpful information so the customer could make an informed decision. An older gentleman came in to say the tire he had fixed the day before went flat. He proceeded to explain to another gentleman that he had been warned it probably wasn’t fixable but said he had insisted on trying it. He was staying next door at a motel. The very nice employee said he would follow him to get the tire and put a new one on. Above and beyond!

I went in to get my tires check since I was planning a long trip. We were helped right away. I knew I needed to replace my windshield wipers but was not aware they were that bad until he pointed it out. I went ahead and purchased some and they replaced them at no cost. Discount TIre is the only place I purchase new tires.

Great experience. Was helped immediately when I arrived. Was told it would about an hour. Was completely done in thirty minutes, and they were quite busy. I would highly recommend this store.

Always courteous and they work hard to get you taken care of in a timely manner... as I waited, I observed how they cater to ALL of their customers... the one that come in unexpectedly in a vacation trip and have to purchase a tire or tires... they are kind an helpful and make the experience a good one! They encourage making an appointment but arriving at open, my wait wasn’t too long. The team is friendly and I appreciated having an accurate projected end time.
