Everyone in store seemed to be carrying out their duties in a professional and workmanlike manner. Got in and out in less time than quoted.

I called to get 2 tires they only had one do I stopped at the one on texas Ave and got one. I have 2 new tires and wiper blades as well. The guy are always so kind and friendly

I received a survey from the company in which I was more than happy to fill out, with that being said I received the most friendliest service, kind, considerate service these guys were on it they worked together like a well oiled machine 3 different gentlemen approached on different points of service, greeted, acknowledgement that I was there made sure that I was completely aware of what was found regarding my tire and went to work then came back to apprise me of what that work entailed. I was blown over by the care and concern throughout the experience. I had to purchase a new tire and even in that they took time to share with me about how important safety is not only for the company but especially for me. I was touched! Thank you to everyone at Discount Tire all I can say is that you guys rock .

I bought my first set of tires back in 1987 at this very store in College Station and only go to Discount Tire's to this day. Excellent products and excellent service.

Came in with a minor emergency. Picked up 7 screws in 2 tires. I’m a return customer so all my certificates are on file. Got a great deal. Great service. And I came in less than an hour before closing. They handled it quickly and professionally.

We have used ONLY Discount Tire store for our vehicles' tires for more than 45 years. We won't go anywhere else for tire service and we've convinced our relatives and most of our friends to do the same, based on our excellent experience with your stores. Our favorite DT guys are the ones at the College Station TX location on S. Texas Ave. All of your techs are great, but these guys are truly exceptional. No matter how hot it gets, they keep working quickly and efficiently. If only all service companies followed the superior customer service system shown by Discount Tire!

Store was extremely busy but I was in and out in 20 minutes. Employee were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will definitely come back again. I highly recommend this establishment.

Jeremy and his staff display a stellar example of old school customer service. They performed a flat repair and tire rotation and balance at no charge on tires I bought from Sam Club. The flat repair did not hold and weeks later the tire started leaking again. Jeremy ordered the identical tire and replaced it free of charge. Discount tire has earned my tire business on all of my vehicles in the future. Awesome I do not have to deal with the rob you blind game at College Station Goodyear and Firestone any more.

Jimmy made my experience great. I first went to Discount Tires on Hwy 6 and Luke treated me like dirt. He was arrogant and talked at me. Jimmy and the manager at the store on Texas Avenue ROCKED I will continue to do business with them.

Came out of my house to go to work and found a flat tire due to a large nail. Aired up the tire and made it to Discount. They were fast, friendly and informative. Luckily they were able to patch the tire instead of needing to fully replace it, and had me on my way to work in about 20 minutes! I appreciate the guys at the store always taking care of the customer first and providing the best value/information rather than just try to push a sale. Would definitely use them again!

Zachary was the person who helped. Super courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent experience and it’s the only place I will use.

I had just experienced a traumatic blowout on an overpass and went straight to this Discount Tire to have my spare aired and other tires checked until I could get an appt for new tires. Instead, they took care of me right away. I was on limited time because I had to pick up my granddaughter shortly and he said they would get me in and out of there in time. The service was friendly and they were working together to get my car taken care of and get me on my way quickly. Dallas was awesome! Very grateful

I have always enjoyed going to this location through the years. They are who I exclusively use. It has always been a friendly, informative, and great experience with each visit. My last visit is what has brought me to leave a comment. It was around closing time for them and I needed to get my tires rotated, checked, and aired. I showed up, was addressed, and properly began getting taken care of. Once they were done they gave me truck and I was headed out. However, I have air sensors in my truck that tell me when my air is low and it was still on after they JUST serviced it on the same wheel. It is roughly 10 minutes until they close and they still have a decent line of cars but I just think "What the heck, I guess they didn't service it and just swindled me to get me in and out". So, I loop around the lot and go through their air check line all while they're looking at me like "Uhhh didn't we just service that truck?" I express to them that my light is still on, in the same place, and in a borderline "Karen" fashion. The gentlemen quickly apologized and is very concerned and said that they should have been aired but I will double check just to make sure. He then proceeded to go around and happily check all 4 tires, all of which were aired at level amounts and properly. He even took the time to put all the air stem caps back on instead of discarding them. He then took a moment to explain to me that it does just take a little bit of driving for those sensors to register that tire has been put in and I was on my way. Overall, he handled the situation well. Regardless of the line of cars, closeness to being closed, and obviously knowing the techs did their job he still handled the situation courteously and happily while taking the time to ensure I was informed and happy. I appreciated it and just wanted to take this moment to make sure it was recognized. These guys have always been great and always appreciated.

They had me in and out in 45 minutes for a tire with a nail in it! Had driven in from Dallas and got to the football game in time! Great and fast service!

I was handed wiper blades without my verbal consent. The salesperson said, 'oh! your wiper blade does not work very well! Does it?' and handed me wiper blades before realizing. Also, they did not explain the benefits of the tire warranty I was taking for extra $. Overall, not a great experience!

Had a doctors appointment the morning I had a flat tire. They fixed my tire in less than 30 minutes. Fantastic service!

I went in to have two tire fixed and rotated and the told me they had fixed the leaking tires and rotated and after leaving town my low tire lite comes back on.

The guys were good it was 30 minutes before closing so they were a little tired but hard at work, even though we knew it would be after closing before they would finish. The crew made it happen
