I've been a huge discount tire fan for many years. I've lived in many places and always seek them out, as they consistently hire great employees who are knowledgeable, and dont take advantage of you. They've had the opportunity to do that a fews times and have consistently treated me as if they were taking care of their daughter/wife/sister, etc. I appreciate the care, the information, the consistent great experience, and informed options each time I visit. This location met and exceeded my locations as well. I made an appointment to have a flat fixed, ended up needing two new tires in addition, and they still had me in and out in half an hour. All around great experience - thank you!!

I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else. Dropping a vehicle off here works exceptionally well. You can even walk over to Grapevine Mills Mall and shop or just walk it for exercise and when you come back, your vehicle is ready and waiting. It's all about the service and at this Discount Tire it's exceptionally and professionally delivered with a smile. :-)

Good experience for sure. If the price were lower, I'd be happier. The experience, outside of pricing, was very good.

Extraordinarily long wait with no time updates. Staff condescended to female customers instead of honestly explaining what was going on. No acknowledgment of delay. Local management needs to revisit customer service.

Cross threaded 3 of my lug nuts. They were rushed and were trying to close up store.
