The service I received on the morning of June 4th was excellent from start to finish. Two thumbs up for me!

I have always and will continue to purchase my tires from Discount Tires. The staff is very knowledgeable about which tires are needed and if the tire purchase is not within your budget, suggest something that is. I have suggested to my daughter to purchase her tires from Discount Tires.

I had two slow leaks that needed attention. Rain was forecast around 1pm. I wanted to get an appointment as early as possible. 830am I got on the website to see earliest appointment was 12 noon so I took that one. I got to the location at 16004 I-45 North Houston 77090 at 1150am - stood in line behind a few other people about 15 minutes (give or take) I figured it would take a while. I was out of there at 3. Probably one of the longest waits I ever experienced, but to be fair, the place was loaded and there was a steady stream of cars coming and going...not to mention the rainstorm that plowed through in the middle of the wait. I am very happy with Discount Tire and I know the work is brutal. Thank you to everyone and God bless you for everything you do!!

Good experience

The young man greeted and saw me immediately. He went and processed my tire needs. He told me it may be 1 1/2 hours due to the storm, but it was only 30 - 40 minutes. He texted me to let me know my car was ready because my daughter took me to go to the store. Perfect timing!!! : )

Nicholas and his crew were very helpful and professional. This location always goes above and beyond to meet customers' needs. I was extremely satisfied with the service they provided. Without a doubt, these gentlemen take pride in what they do and how they represent Discount tire. Also, i got the impression that this store, in particular, has some good core values that are practiced on a daily basis, which, to my opinion, translates to great leadership.

Good Experience

I have always have had a very positive experience with Discount Tire. Matthew was awesome to work with. He came out to my truck to get the new rims and tires for my boat trailer and also loaded the tires/rims back into my Ford F-150. The new rims are painted a glossy black and were not nicked or scratched. I was very pleased. Matthew and I even spoke about our experiences fixing up old boats. He mentioned he had a Rinker. Discount Tire has always been my "go to" tire source. I have had nothing but good experience with their help by way of advice and products, as well as prices. Thank God they were there when I was a long way from home and got a flat tire. The problem was solved before it ever happened. That's why I know I can count on Discount Tire. They've always been there for me...especially when I really needed them to be.

I have been a Customer of Discount Tire since the 1970's, purchasing many tires over the years for Cars, Pickup, and a Suburban. I can't say enough about the professionalism, knowledge, and care demonstrated by all the Discount Employees and am always impressed by the well trained, hard working people in the shop, actually handling the tires. (Always courteous and helpful with any questions). I'm 83 yrs old and will definitely continue being a Customer o f Discount Tire, a well managed company.

It took 30 minutes for an 8:45 very busy Saturday rotate and balance appointment. You could not ask for better efficiency. Each employee I came across was professional and courteous, from the parking lot to the counter to the young men in the shop. I've used this location for 20 years and probably a dozen vehicles. Customer for life.

The store associate, Mark, was very knowledge and provided great customer service! He provided me enough information to make my decision about additional services that were needed.

I want to extend my deepest and sincerest gratitude and appreciation for Mark A Medina for outstanding Customer Service and being there for me during my time of need. I’m temporarily in Houston due to Hurricane Ida destroying my home. My family and I were leaving Houston today traveling back home and as we pulled on the freeway we heard the dreadful noise of a blow out. Almost instantly Houston PD was there to assist and recommended we come to Discount Tire to have my tire fixed/replaced. As we were sitting in the parking lot Mark A Medina came up to my window and let me know that they had been taking a list of who pulled up when and we get to me in just a few minutes. I could tell by Marks sincerity he would take care of my family and I. As soon as we pulled in Marks cool composure and reassuring personality put my mind at ease, as dealing with this and having my home destroyed by Hurricane Ida has taken its toll. As we entered the building, Mark A Medina talked me thru the entire process and explained what I would need to keep myself and my family safe. He was able to get me affordable tires due to me being low on money from having all of the unexpected expenses due to the Hurricane. I sincerely hope you recognize and appreciate Mark A Medina as he posses outstanding Customer Service skills, shows passionate empathy towards his customers and truly cares about them. Was down in Houston for the 4th of July weekend snd got a mail in my tire and went to Nissan to get it fixed since I had bought the car there snd it was under warranty but they sent me away. And just down the street was a Discount Tire and since we buy all our tires for our automobiles there I stopped to see if you could fix my tire snd Wola!! You did and under 30 minutes and at no charge!! And I was on my way!! Thank you for everything and you have my business

Always prompt, courteous, and on schedule. Less than an hour to close and many customers before me, they were able to remove a nail from one of my tires for free and check the others. They make things happen when you least expect it. They care about their customers and I will not go anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the service that I received at the store. Although they did not have my tire in stock what I called, they ordered it and got it in the same day. I set up an appointment for 8:30 the next morning and I arrived at 8. They had my tire changed and had me ready to go by 8:30 and checked all my other tires to make sure that I had the right air pressure in all tires as a courtesy. They were very very nice and helpful and I will return there for future service

So far my best experience at any discount tire location I have been to. They helped me as soon as I walked in the door and even have a sign outside to check in via the website and have the option to wait in the car due to Covid so I feel safer. Very great customer service and they were very nice and courteous. Would definitely recommend this location for efficient service; they were great.
