After spending $196.71 to which started out as one tire pressure sensor, now three sensors later the sensor issue still has not been resolved.

Staff very helpful and polite

I went to Discount Tire to purchase 2 new tires, get them rotated, and for a wheel alignment. The customer service rep Joshua was attentive to detail and timely. Overall all associates and tire service men were professional, engaging, and skilled at what they do. If anyone needs tire services performed on their vehicle I strongly recommend coming to this location.

The kid at the counter spoke so low I told him I was hearing impaired and he still didnt speak up. He knocked my travel mug over and spilled my coffee. I paid for my tires online the day before and he still said I needed to pay. I specifically requested my 2 new tires be installed on front but they put them on the back. I understand that practice is typical but I think they should have done as I requested and when I brought it to their attention don't talk down to me just because I'm female and 69 years old. I've used Discount Tire for many years and never had an experience like this one.
