Dylan was most helpful and pleasant to work with. I was impressed by the amount of customers that were in the store and how well the staff managed everyone’s needs. I purchased 4 tires and windshield wipers. This was my second time at the store. The last time I was there was just to have my tire pressure checked. I will definitely keep this location as my go-to tire store.

It pains me to recommend good locations because they become so busy. Lol. I left a Google review also. Dylan was friendly and attentive. Even the additional services were within my budget. I am satisfied with my experience. As a woman, we are often taken advantage of, but I didn't feel this way that day. I didn't get comfortable in my seat before they called my name to retrieve my car! That wowed me. Thank you Dylan and the pit crew!

Everyone was super helpful

1) Discount Tire scratched one of my rims in an area measuring about 1 to 1-1/2 inches. This is a rim that I had refinished in the past year, adding insult to injury as it was in flawless shape when I drove in. 2) I brought in brand new rims of a different size and the installation of new tires was to be on these new rims. I had to stop the workers from removing the tires from my old rims (they had already removed TPMS from 2 wheels so had to remove 2 tires, reinstall TPMS, reinstall tires, and rebalance wheels that should never have been touched). This added time to my appointment and unnecessary work by Discount Tire. 3) The TPMS from one of my old wheels broke off inside the tire and could be clearly heard and felt rattling around inside the wheel. This necessitated a return visit to once again remove a tire that should never have been removed in the first place, install a new TPMS, reinstall the tire for a 2nd time, and rebalance for a 2nd time. 4) One of my brand new rims has 4 small paint chips due to rough handling by Discount Tire during the installation. The staff were friendly throughout the process, but were super rushed which led to these issues. A small amount of care and attention would have transformed a 2/5 rating into a 5/5 rating.
