I cannot say enough about the incredible generosity and compassion shown to me and my boys by the team at Discount Tire, particularly Adam and the store manager, Roger Hebert. From the moment I walked in, Adam went above and beyond to help me find the best solution for my extremely tight budget. He patiently worked with me, exploring different pricing options to ensure I could at least replace two desperately worn-out tires. The wait time was minimal, the store was clean and welcoming, and the entire experience was already exceeding expectations. However, what happened next left me speechless. When my car was ready, Adam informed me that they had replaced all four tires—and Roger had covered the cost of the additional two. On top of that, they even replaced both of my front windshield wipers, which had been in terrible condition and made driving in the rain difficult. I was completely overwhelmed with gratitude. Without knowing my full circumstances (we have been going through a difficult time), this act of kindness lifted an immense weight from my shoulders. That day was already emotionally difficult—it was both of my boys’ birthdays, and financial hardships had made it impossible for me to get them gifts. I was already struggling with the guilt of not being able to provide for them the way they deserved, and the stress of needing a safer vehicle for all the traveling we do was crushing. But in that moment, thanks to the kindness of this store, I felt relief, gratitude, and reassurance knowing my kids would be safer on the road. I don’t know if this is a company-wide practice, a store-level decision, or an act of personal generosity from Roger, but either way, I am beyond grateful. This wasn’t just about tires—this was about making a real difference in someone’s life. To Adam, Roger, and the entire Discount Tire team—thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness did more for me and my children than I can ever express. You’ve earned a lifelong customer, and I will be sharing this story with everyone I know.

Adam is spectacular and a leader in the store who has served us many times at this store. Josh is great, too, and he served us this time, a long with Adam. They Both are Awesome and super cool to work with to get that flat repaired, the tires you need, or whatever you have to deal with with your vehicles tires or wheels!
