Long time customer. Ben checked tire pressure & tread. He accurately explained tread situation without trying to sell tires. I would need new tires soon, decided to get new set. Tyler was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. When I ended up with issues, Tyler was immediately responsive in terms of remedy & customer satisfaction & addressed all aspects necessary. Tyler renewed my previous long time trust with Discount & addressed internal training / safety issues as indicated to maintain high safety standards. Tyler is clearly a high quality person & employee. He ‘knows tires’ & has the skills &!experience to implement & maintain safety standards for Discount staff. Excellent service

I had a horrible flat tire and I was struggling to figure out a way to pay for my tire because it was out of my price range but a god sent Angel offered to pay for my tire and I actually got another tire for free. I was so grateful for that. I appreciate everyone’s help that day.

Very good store and friendly nature really 100 %good

Tires not available at the time of my appointment made days in advance. The 1 hour appointment turned into 3 hours due to not having requested tires at the location. Then I had to ask them was my car ready, the front of the house person Charles was rude and condescending when asked about a check that was supposed to have been done. Overall bad experience.
