I had a horrible flat tire and I was struggling to figure out a way to pay for my tire because it was out of my price range but a god sent Angel offered to pay for my tire and I actually got another tire for free. I was so grateful for that. I appreciate everyone’s help that day.

Tires not available at the time of my appointment made days in advance. The 1 hour appointment turned into 3 hours due to not having requested tires at the location. Then I had to ask them was my car ready, the front of the house person Charles was rude and condescending when asked about a check that was supposed to have been done. Overall bad experience.

I came prepared to sit for a couple hours not knowing I would be out in under one hour, and that includes looking for my tire key, which I didn’t even know I had, but the technician was patient, friendly and professional, and once the key was found, and I was checked in and the service was completed in under one hour. I came in to get new tires and scheduled online.

Be careful if they say “Buy 3 Get 1 Free”. When they told me that, I thought they were referring to the tires while they were actually referring to the much cheaper certificates (their coverage). Once I realized that I was out over $100, I called and tried to figure it out with the manager. Not such luck… I felt like I was fooled here… Just beware. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I have been a frequent customer at DT and have always been happy with the service, except for this time. My car alarm went off and the dashboard showed a red warning light for the passenger tire, so I went to the Mcarthur DT to drop my car off at 6:30 p.m., and I was assured they would work on it the following day. The person there promised to text me early in the morning. However, I didn't receive any text, call, or notification that DT was servicing my car, which is unusual. I called around 11:30 a.m., and they said the car was ready, so I went to pick it up at 12 p.m. As I was driving back to work, the alarm and the low tire pressure indicator turned red again, just as it had the first day. I was panicked and turned back to DT. They rechecked it, drove it, and told me they could do nothing about the alarm and the low-pressure indicator on my dashboard. I talked to the manager, hoping he could figure it out, and the staff also checked my spare tire and thought it might be causing the signal. However, no one could help, and they said there was nothing they could do about it, telling me to drive the car longer. I said to them that this wasn't my first incident with a nail and dashboard alarm and that DT had always helped and fixed it. They nodded and looked at me in a strange way, appearing clueless. After some complaining, and arguing, disappointed, I left the store. A few days later, I took the car to the Grapevine Branch and explained what had happened. I mentioned the alarm and the red warning light for the passenger tire has been on since. In less than 20 minutes, they checked and fixed it. The technician said the system needed a hard reset, and my tire was also in good condition. He did it without any fuss. What a different experience. I should never have gone to McArthur; their service differs from those in Plano and Grapevine. Why didn't they know how to do the reset? Overall, I would not go back to the McArthur branch.
