Excellent service

I had a horrible flat tire and I was struggling to figure out a way to pay for my tire because it was out of my price range but a god sent Angel offered to pay for my tire and I actually got another tire for free. I was so grateful for that. I appreciate everyone’s help that day.

I came prepared to sit for a couple hours not knowing I would be out in under one hour, and that includes looking for my tire key, which I didn’t even know I had, but the technician was patient, friendly and professional, and once the key was found, and I was checked in and the service was completed in under one hour. I came in to get new tires and scheduled online.

This is quick and easy. Make yourself an appointment and you will be in and out of here in 20 minutes.

It is a refreshing reminder that there are still businesses out there that value their customers and put forth such effort at customer service, customer retention, and building a trust between the business and the customer by providing exactly what the customer's needs are and keeping their vehicles safe. This location for sure values each customer and their time. This is the kind of experience I want my children to have when they go to a business not just to be treated with this level of customer service, but the knowledge, experience and safety I would want for them with their vehicles and people that care to provide this to their customers. I wish all businesses would train and put the same value on their customer service and employees that this one obviously does. I work as an auditor in the aerospace manufacturing field, and this is the kind of care, and value on quality and safety all individuals that work or deal with any kind of automotive, or aerospace industry should have.

I bought the car 3/26 and have been trying to get the tire pressure light to go off. I went to Discount Tires and bought new wheels and had it reset but to no avail. I took it to the dealership and no results there. They suggested NTB and since Discount had not been able to help me I went there. There I was told that the wrong sensors were on the wheels and i needed a special tool to have the wheels removed. Discount should have given me this when I purchased the wheels. I went to the other Discount store to get the tool and the manager wanted to know why they weren't doing the work. I told him the story and he insisted that he ty to fix it first. He did get the car reset and the tire pressure light went off. I will definitely use this store from now on.
