Michael did a fantastic job! He should genuine care and thought outside of the box for a solution. He offered different options for a discontinued tire for my vehicle. Thank you Mike, I really appreciated how you took the time to help me resolve my situation.

A great experience at this store will never go back to the one on 19th. The guy didn't want to fix my tire that I knew had a nail in it. But this discount store customer service was amazing and I appreciate all there help.

Alazae was friendly and knew the answers to all my questions. She was clear and thorough and did not make me feel she was in a hurry and was able to make me sure that I could be comfortable leaving my car. I appreciate how much care she took in making me feel heard and addressing my needs. Jeremy the manager was also very friendly. My experience was a 10 out of 10>

Destiny was very prompt and friendly and was willing to do whatever it took to satisfy my service on honoring the warranty of my bad tire and replacing it with no conflict at all. She was very professional and a very pretty young lady that knew her job.

I’m disappointed w/discount tires, I had a flat. Brought it in loose, and just wanted a repair because I didn’t have the money to buy a new one. Store wouldn’t touch it! So buy a new one…. Didn’t have the money for it! Salesman said I can hook you up w/4 new ones for “x” amount. But you have to apply for our Credit Card! I asked if I could just get one tire..??? W/ Credit card approval? No all 4 or none! So I apply! Only approved for 3! Had to DRAIN my Checking acct and all the cash I had (for gas back to my home in Marble Falls) just so that I could have a discount tire credit card. BIG FREAKING WHOOP! As soon as those tires are paid for I am cutting that son of a turd card in half and never using it again!!!
