Great experience, everyone was welcoming & friendly. Everick & Joshua were professional & kind. They educated me on my tires & made recommendations on what I needed & explained the why. They got me in & out quickly since I had my 2 yr old with me. The store manager was great & welcomed everyone that came in & checked on all the people waiting. This will be the only DT store I go to going forward!

Even with the busiest waiting room I've seen at this store, I felt that I received the most professional service I could have expected. The wait was long, but I dropped my car off and was able to go home until it was ready for me to drive. Every employee was pleasant and knowledgeable. At the same time, each one was very professional and straightforward in dealing with me. I will definitely be returning to this store again when I need tires.

Everything was just fine. I tried to book online, but for some reason the online booking wasn't available when I arrived. That turned out to not be a problem as the store took care of everything in short order.

I have been going to this location for over 20 years and always have great service.

I called the store, spoke with AJ, told him what I wanted. AJ quickly set up, told me the price out the door for 4 tires and helped me set up a time that works best for me. I arrived to the store and met up with AJ. He got the service set up and I was out the door in 30 minutes!! I have never had such pleasant experience buying tires anywhere! The service speed was unheard of. A crew of 4 guys worked on my truck, one took out the old tires, one brought out the new tires, one jacked up the car, and one balanced the tires. They're like a NASCAR crew! The staff at this YMCA store is quick, efficient, professional, and never pushy for services I don't want or need! Shout out to AJ and the 4 crewman who worked on my truck. They are a gem!

The staff was very professional, and friendly at the same time. The store manager was very good at making everyone welcome. The wait time for service, which was replacement of 4 tires was much quicker than expected. I was super impressed with the amount of time to do the job. Even with a very busy Saturday morning, buying online and setting an appointment, the whole service experience was excellent. The store and staff should be very proud of the job they did.

Great experience, however I got my tires rotated on Friday, got in my truck Sunday morning and my tire was completely flat. No nail or anything in it, just a small leak. Newer tires also

BEWARE. This store does not always do great work and you could end up paying for a new set of tires. I hope others have a better experience than I did.
