The sales rep gave me three pieces of false or misleading information to secure my purchase of new wheels and tires. First, he said that they would check my alignment on the following Wednesday, after they were trained. He told me that he couldn't make the appointment for Wednesday, I just needed to bring it in and leave it. When I dropped it off that next Wednesday I was told that they weren't going to have the alignment service available for several more weeks, and that he should have knew that prior to last Friday. Further, he told me that the new tires would fit, they didn't and lead to increased wear due to rubbing. Next, he said that the Tire Pressure Management System would fix itself after driving 100 miles or waiting a day. It didn't, but the next guy fixed it before the vehicle left. In total, I was provided three pieces of incorrect information in order to make the sale. I lost substantial trust in the integrity or competence of the individuals working at this store.
