New Tires and Wheel Store in Port Arthur, TX 77640

Good evening I Isiah Augustine had an experience like no other dealing with a store pertaining to tires! First, I called the store to order a specific tire and the associate ( Tyler W.) whom supposedly put the order in for the tires took my payment over the phone and told me to come in the next day to have the tires put on. Granted I work I out of town and I was buying a specific tire that was recommended to me from someone who works at the dealership where I purchased my vehicle so I had my wife bring the car to Discount Tire where I purchased the tires with Mr. Tyler W. The next day comes, my wife brings the car to Discount Tire and the associates put the tires on the car. Completely wrong tires were installed and Tyler W. lied to my wife telling her that the tires that were installed on the car were an upgraded. So I had my wife to take pictures of the tires and receipt and send it to me. Doing research on the tires that were installed were a complete downgrade and hundreds of dollars cheaper to what I specific ordered and paid for. I had my wife return to the store and ask to speak with the manager because that was unacceptable for me. Mr.Tyler told my wife that the associates must have been in a rush an put on the wrong tires and only two of the tires I ordered were there and for my wife to come back the next day and all 4 tires would be there. The next day comes before my wife goes in I myself called and spoke to Tyler and he says "oh yes the tires are here and he's looking at them now". I tell my wife to go into to Discount Tire and have the new tires that I paid for installed because Mr. Tyler said they were there, my wife goes in and at this time Mr. Tyler isn't there and no one knows anything about these tires that I ordered and according to the new associate (Dallas) we are speaking with the tires I ordered and paid for was never ordered. At this point im very upset because it feels like someone is trying to take advantage of a woman and its no telling how many other women or people something like this has happened to and it also has my questioning the integrity of the store and its employees. After speaking with Mr. Dallas he ordered the correct tires and refunded me a portion of my money for the inconvenience. When the new tires arrived Mr.Dallas called me and told me they were in and my wife could come in and have them put on. Mr. Dallas told us that he was getting transferred to the Lake Charles store so if I decide to buy tires again from Discount Tire it will be from Mr. Dallas at the Lake Charles store. I will drive over an hour away from Discount Tire in Port Arthur just to have tires put on my vehicles. Thank you Mr. Dallas job well done !

YALL! Dalton was a gem! I can not say enough good things about this transaction. As a mother helping a daughter to secure tires, service and the best bang for her buck without having her out a vehicle for days....this was it. They answered ALL of my 47 million questions, guided us to the best solution and had her vehicle takin care of so quickly! We will forever use them now, with ALL of ours and our children's vehicles. Thanks again y'all for all y'all's help!
