Fantastic! Helped me get three tires when I could only afford one at the time. Will be buying from there forever.

Have had to return to the store immediately following service to have the service redone on multiple occasions. I was even lead to believe that it could be a defective tire. After purchasing new tires and wheels, we have started back down the same path and routine of poor work.

I’m very disappointment with my visit. I came in for a tire balance and rotation, when the guy that was finish with my car called my name. I started my engine and it was loud like humming sound and each time i push on the gas it got loud. I turn back around and ask the guys if they touch my engine or anything. They had an attitude and said no and said “ my car maybe old”. It’s a 2019 and i never have issue with it.. I took it to my automotive and end up the guy that work on my car had Jack up my car wrong, the Jack had push into into my muffler pipe to the point it was touching my engine due to the sound. I called discount tires to complain and spoke to a manager. He didn’t bother asking what’s my name or anything so i inform him that the employee had Jack up my car wrong. I been to discount tires for many years and i never have trouble with them until this visit…

It was a satisfying but it would be a little better if a vending machine or two were available.

For the amount of tire techs and machines you have it takes to long even with an appointment that means nothing when you still wait 2 hours are more. If the tire techs weren't standing around talking and playing it wouldn't take anytime. I waited 30 min one day to get my air checked because they were all going to the burrito car and standing around eating afterwards. This place used to be good and fast.

Fast, friendly, prompt, professional and great quality tires. It's a family friendly place for sure. My whole neighborhood now goes to discount tires!
