Jason Trapp went above and beyond to meet my needs. When I arrived at the store he met me in the parking lot and asked what they could do to help. I simply needed a tire rotation. Jason and the Shenandoah, TX Discount Tire team were able to immediately fit me into their hectic schedule and get the tires rotated. While the work was being performed, Jason took the time to discuss wheel options for my truck and continued to provide information via email after I left. While the work was being completed on the vehicle, other store personnel informed me of the status of the work being performed and of the current state and status of my tires and windshield wipers being in good condition.

Absolutely excellent. Went in with a bolt in a tire and, when they couldn't repair it, Christian recommended a set of replacement tires for the original tires that I was pleased with. He took into account my driving habits and mileage and recommended an economical solution for the replacement of four tires. I continue to be impressed with the personnel. They are well trained and well supported. Their systems to track purchases etc., find tires etc. are excellent as well. To have a company that has clearly spent significant time and thought on training, systems and customer relations is really, really refreshing. KCA
