It’s been my go-to spot for tires for many years. I will say, they used to provide an exit discussion that included a detailed receipt, rotation instructions, and an envelope with the full details and mileage of your car. This time I was handed a simple receipt; no mileage or rotation advice and no mileage notation. There also was no complimentary bottled water. I could have used all of those and I was disappointed that your company no longer provides them, and that there is no longer Christian music playing. It’s an indication of the times, I suppose; this presidential administration and a behavioral trend that doesn’t care as much. We’re seeing it

As a Christian, I can't help but express my gratitude when a business goes out of their way to put their customers first. In my last experience, I encountered three associates whom I would have noted here had I remembered their names. But that's just Discount Tire - their service, staff and value are in a league all their own.

I confess. I did not buy my newest tires from this store, but from my auto dealer. But the flat happened close by, and I went there for the free air check. They got on it right away, and found my left rear tire was extremely low. In spite of the fact that it was obvious I had bought these tires elsewhere, they got right on it and fixed my flat immediately, and without charge. They offered to replace my wipers, and since it has been a while, and I like to exchange courtesies, I gladly did that. They did a great job, and got me in and out -- at lunch time -- in less than 30 minutes. I will probably buy my next tires here!

There are two DT locations in Tyler, Texas. Both provide excellent service. The location on the South Loop is a little closer to my home, so I usually go there. I have been a DT customer for nearly forty years and plan to continue doing business with them for as long as I'm able to keep driving.
