The store representative greeted me in the parking lot before I barely made it out of my car. The staff were all friendly and VERY efficient. I only had a tire patched, but they kept me updated on the progress. The Moore store's staff has always been VERY pleasant.

This store takes way better care than my Chevrolet dealership did. That's why I chose Discount Tire. Politeness and professionalism was my experience at this store. I will use them again when needed.

Quick and courtous

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Quick service on 4 new tires and complete SUV wipers.

We took our SUV in to have a screw/bolt removed. (2nd time to DT since we’ve owned this vehicle). We dropped the car off shortly after they opened. Over the next few hours we received several calls, 1st stating the wheel lock key we have is stripped (keep in mind-they were the last to use this key). They call us back shortly after and let us know they have another key and are working on the car. Shortly later we receive another call saying they stripped that one as well. So basically one of their techs stripped 2!! They tell us they will add air and we can pick the car up. Get the car 4 hrs after dropping it off only to see they couldn’t be bothered to add air. We order a new wheel lock key out of our own pocket, take the SUV to Hibdons Tire Plus down the road to get a call shortly after to let us know DT has stripped not only the old key but the locking lug nut as well. Completely rounded off making it impossible to remove with a new key! Tires plus had to extract the lug nut and replace it. We drive a BMW X5 suv so if you know anything about these cars you’ll know the cost of the new wheel lock key was not cheap. This discount tire is below sub par and needs to hire employees that have some knowledge of using keys on lug nuts.
