They are the best! I love how helpful they are even for people like me who don't know much about tires. They never try to over sell. They just match me up with the best tires for my driving conditions.

The customer service was 10/10. I was helped immediately and all of the employees were super friendly and easy to talk to. They let me watch while they mounted the tires on the rims and it actually made me enjoy the experience. It was very cool to watch how all of it is done. Overall great experience and don’t have a negative thing to say about these guys. I waited about 20 minutes for them to mount 4 new tires on my rims and the 20 minutes felt like nothing because of their friendliness. I will one hundred percent be coming back here.

I would have appreciated the opportunity to decline the extra paid certification thing. I didn't know I was paying for it until I had already left and looked at the receipt. I would not have bought it given the option. I still don't even know what it is, and I don't want it. However, the rest of the experience was nothing short of excellent.

We had a flat tire on our camper. Called to make an appointment for new tires. Put on the spare tire and within 5 minutes that tire blew. uuuggghh. Called back to see if we could get two tires done right away due to that we were 70 miles away with the camper which was no longer towable. Were VERY pleased at the response... yes... they would do it RIGHT AWAY since we still had the 4pm appointment to bring our camper in to replace 5 tires with Goodyear Endurance. Was very pleased with the service and overall experience. Was VERY glad the tires were in stock !!! Only one drawback. I have been a customer of Discount Tire for MANY years. Due to all the haste of a bad experience, I totally forgot to ask for my military discount. It was not offered. I would think it should be automatic since I am in your system. Had an appointment and arrived about fifteen minutes early for four new tires installation. I was greeted professionally and very friendly, my vehicle was taken into the Bay m prior to my scheduled times and I was out in seemingly minutes. I was met by the technician actually doing the work who advised and made some recommendations and then advised me my vehicle was being pulled up for me. At this time also on my phone I received notification that my vehicle was ready. Great experience, use their Journey system, it's great.
