Great service

A slight mix-up in that I was advised that my preferred tire choice was supposedly not appropriate for my mini-van, so I was recommended Falcon tires but these were too noisy and rough riding so I returned to the store. It was then determined that my preferred Goodyear Assurrance would fit my KIA Carnival SX Prestige. So they were ordered and fitted. I’m grateful to Discount Tire for their accommodation. I have been a customer since 1999. Thank you!

Great front office staff! Tire installers were quick, but took care to protect both the interior and exterior of my truck. Great store and Discount Tire backs up their products!

Rich was phenomenal! He helped us choose a set of tires and got them on immediately. Same day as we were leaving that evening to colorado. There was a storm we were heading into. So his expertise was very important. Thank you Rich!

Discount Tire in Washington City is great. I have used them for over 10 years and have never had complaints. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

Not ever helpful to the traveling customer. All I needed was a tire changed. It was off the trailer. All I needed was a 10 minute change out for a new one. I spent 2 hours waiting to get back on the road for a 10 minute service? Your store needs a class on making customers needs understand. Sometimes bending the store normal service routine can go a long way in the right direction. Traveling on the road and having a tire problem is (in my opinion) different the coming in for routine tire purchase.

I have several vehicles with tires from your company. I now live in a small city where I am forced to drive over 30 miles to use my extended warranty. I am also aware of your appointment system and use it. I had an appointment for my last visit to St George, UT. This store is always mobbed, and I was told I would probably be longer than the appointment for balance and rotation should take. Well, it was OVER AN HOUR late, and I was not the only customer complaining. Booking appointments in 15 minute intervals is ridiculous, and if you can't keep the reserved time, then don't bother fooling your customers into thinking they actually get served when they show up. I was furious when I left the store, and I question my need to continue to use you,

I was on vacation with my family from across the country. We got a flat when we arrived in the St. George/Washington area. They got me in the next day and replaced my tire in under an hour. This is why I buy tires here and get the warranty.

I had an 11:00 am appointment. Car was not worked on until 11:30 after complaining. I arrived at 10:am.
