We were on a long road trip, had 7 hours to go, and your team took us in without an appointment and had us back on the road in less than an hour, which I just couldn't believe. What a tremendous relief. And you even replaced the spare so I've got a safe backup in the future since the old spare was 11 years old and not quite holding air. Thank you again!

The service was great and the work was done quickly! We were on a trip and had a flat so it was an emergency visit. We were in and out quickly with a new tire installed and the spare replaced where it belonged. Super service!!

Professional and courteous

I made an appointment for 8 am and they had the new tires installed in 20 minutes. The new tires are awesome. My truck rides great. The only thing that I can complain about is they switched my black valve caps for silver caps. No idea why they swapped them out. As long as Discount Tire carries the Rocky Mountain brand, I'll keep coming back.

I was charged for a tire alignment service that wasn’t performed and even confirmed I wouldn’t be charged for it, was told it was removed from my service charge, and told if I wanted to come back later they’d take care of it. Genuinely baffling.

Fantastic service. They took care of me perfectly and were very knowledgeable. The plastic covering around the steering wheel controls was broken off at some point during the service and I was not made aware of it. I noticed after the broken piece had fallen back off the wheel where it was attempted to be placed back on. Pretty bummed about it, I didn’t find it worth going back to find out what happened but would have appreciated transparency to the damage on my vehicle that occurred during the visit.
