I wish I lived closer.....we were 7 hours away from home for a family members funeral....had a flat that needed to be replaced on our way in town. From the moment we called, they got the order in for our replacement at 6:05 ( 5 minutes after the cut off), and our tire was there THE NEXT DAY on time for us to come on our stupid tight schedule due to a death in the family and all it entails. Thanks John for making that happen. We didn't even make it into the store, Ethan met us the next day, Ethan saw us pull in and met us in the parking lot....had our keys and all our info within minutes and the car in the garage for repairs. Ethan spent quality time getting to know us and our needs better than the gentleman at another discount tire who sold us this set in July of2025, and while we've had a lot of issues with this tire due to us living in a high elevation of the NC mountains and this brand is made for flat roads....Ethan NEVER spoke negatively of the co worker at another store, but did show us the tire brand and style that fit our needs better for our daily driving needs. He also spent time helping my husband pick out tires for our newly purchased work truck, showed samples ensuring this was exactly what my husband and I wanted. Ethan also mentioned we need to replace our spare knowing we had drove on it for a bit worried about the tire seperating and going flat. but, it wasn't about a sale there...we will be replacing it when we got home....truly concerned with our family's safety not making profit off of us. Jacob who did the work on our car went above and beyond to secure the spare safely onto our mini trailer and strapping it securely so when we got in the car less than 30 min in all at the store, we were ready to just get on the road back to the funeral viewing and never missed time with our family. I hope I got their names right, but these boys were amazing to work with....and I am the daughter of a master mechanic, installed my first engine in my own car and painted it with my father....I am very knoweledgable to a lot of things, but these men showed care, concern for us and the standards Discount Tire expects and they did not dissapoint!

Decent store not a lot of over and above provided. Alignment was rushed and not done fully and I had to come back to get it corrected without an apology or anything for not correctly completing the job I paid for.
