I always have a great experience and this past time was no different. I was met outside by an employee who inspected my car and suggested I get new tires. He brought me inside and explained everything to me and was patient while I decided which tires to purchase. They completed the work on my car very quickly. The store is clean and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I suffered a flat over Easter weekend. It was out of stock, but Eric ordered them. He helped me set up an appt for Monday. He remembered me when I came in, and kept me informed of the status and delivery times. Though it was a longer wait for the delivery of my tires; the waiting room was comfortable. I was greeted by a tech when work was completed, to see if I had any questions. Great first experience.

The pricing is very good/and extremely competitive. But the overall cleanliness (the place is spotless) combined with great customer service is what steered me to Discount and away from big box stores and other locations. I will return.

I booked online a couple of days ahead of my appointment. It was easy to do, and when I arrived they were expecting me. I got 4 new tires and some new wipers (just before the snow arrived), and was back on the road in 45 minutes. A very good experience!

Store can't do an alignment, also can't touch a car with a 2 on tread depth without a sale? Even though they did and told me after they looked at the car. I wouldn't recommend this shop to my worst enemy

They were too busy trying to sell you tires that you didn't need at that point in time.Instead of fixing the tire that I had already purchased from them at a timely fashion
