I have used several other shops for my tire service, but out of all of them, Discount Tire has provided the best experience. Their service is fast, and their pricing is clear. They also offer excellent customer service. Recently, I damaged a tire by hitting the side of the road, and they inspected it and offered some credit even without a warranty certificate. This level of service was especially impressive considering the tire was only a month old.

Friendly courteous service. Prices are competitive. I purchased a spare tire and wheel for my jeep. They had the tire mounted and balanced before I got there. So the tire and wheel needed to be installed on the spare tire mount on the back of the jeep. When I got there and when I left took about 10 minutes. Thank you for the excellent service. As usual there was about 5 customers waiting for their vehicles and customers in line waiting to get service. I figured I’d be there at least an hour.

Terrible experience with this store. They didn't try to resolve the issue just put it back on me for having old wheels, didn't even try to sell me new ones. Loud music every time I went. Music was Gansta Rap. So who is that appropriate for? Manager turned her back on us and walked. But when I first bought the tires everything was fine until I got a thumb tack in 1 and pulled it out, started to leak, Down hill from there. Tires never seatted again, constant leak, they didn't care, and of course my fault because the wheels are old.

The wait time was accurate. Even slightly under what I was told it could be. I hope the crew wear hearing protection because the equipment noise coupled with the loud music in the service bays could do some damage.

All the employees at this store are professional and courteous always. They had me in, processed & out even before my scheduled appointment. Terrific service!
