I needed new tires before winter and saw they had a Holiday sale going and purchased 4 new ones online. The website allows you to pay and select a time and date to have the work done which definitely worked better for me than having to go all the way to the store and try to set something up in-person. I arrived just a couple minutes early before my 1PM appointment and they had my vehicle up on the rack within minutes after I sat down. The swap was done in just under 1 hour. Both staff members I talked with were really easy to talk to and offered good advice on how to go about getting the longest life out of the new tires. A friend of mine who lives less than a mile away from the Spring City Ln location told me about this place and He was right because they indeed try to get a customer the best price and offer the best service. I'd definitely go back there again.

Customer service seems like a lost art these days, but the people who work at Discount Tire in Waukesha break the mold. I intereact with a lot of people in my day to day, and I can say that the employees here are some of the most kind, professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented people I have ever seen. They are always busy, yet I am always welcomed and addressed within a minute or two of walking in the door. This last time, I was met by someone who saw me pull up and he came right out along with Jerrell, who I knew from speaking on the phone with him. I truly feel respected and valued when I come to Discount Tire in Waukesha. Keep up the great work, I send everyone who asks me where to go, here.
