Great service

This is the location closest to my home which is why I keep giving it a chance but unfortunately I feel there are better stores in the surrounding area. My past two visits have me considering driving a bit further for my future service. I brought in my first car with a flat tire to hopefully to get it patched up but unfortunately I needed a new one. Luckily my tire was under warranty but unfortunately they didn’t have my tire in stock. No problem, this was Saturday at closing so we were fine with leaving our popped tire with our rim until Monday when the tire should be arriving. Calling Monday morning to double check on progress I was shocked to be told that they had no knowledge of my situation and could not locate my tire and rim! The person on the phone was rude and dismissive to the point where I needed to ask to speak to a manager. After claiming he was actually an assistant manager I again to asked to speak with a store manager. The next person on the line was much nicer but was also just an assistant manager. Which was fine because as luck would have it he was the one that handled our situation the previous Saturday so he was able to figure out what had happened. This person claimed the first person was new and that was the reason for his behavior but I felt that was was just and excuse. At the end of the day the situation was resolved but it still left a bad impression. I did return with my second vehicle the next week for an appointment for a tire rotation. I was offered an alignment check which I excepted but didn’t realize at the time that I not only would be charged for the alignment a head of time but it would also add about an 1 and a half more to my wait time. Because I was pre charged the alignment fee before know whether or not I needed it I felt stuck waiting however long it took to get done. Turns out the service I originally came in for was done in less that an hour but since they only have one bay for alignments I was stuck in a queue that made my wait almost 3 hours. My vehicle did not end up needing an alignment so the extra 2 and a half hours wait was unnecessary. The pre alignment charge fully processed so I had to wait about five days for an almost $90 refund to hit my account. I will definitely be skipping the alignment option should I return to this location in the future!
