V-Steel R265 Customer Reviews
Express 3500
These are the OEM tires for a Chevy Express 3500. Although Discount Tire doesn't show this OEM status, these were the tires on the vehicle when it was new. After 230,000 miles, I'm still driving on maybe the 3rd or 4th set. They are just right for this size van. Pros: - Great ride - Quiet - Can support up to 80 P.S.I. - Last a long time for highway - Good in rain (assuming 50% or greater tread left) Cons: - They don't corner like you'd hope because of how tall they are. But they're not bad. - Pricey: But still worth it. - Perform poorly in wet grass or light mud if you need to drive off pavement. Overall, I'm good with these OEM tires for this van. Having purchased them 3 or 4 times over the 200,000 miles I've owned the van, that should tell you they're right for the vehicle. NOTE: Tire height and air pressure support is paramount for Express 2500/3500, as these need higher tire pressures. Height is important for speedometer accuracy.
