Great durable tires ,great price
Very pleased again with Cooper tires. So happy they are now also my mother's 2013 Ford Edge and my wife's 2016 Ford Explorer. Go America!! GO COOPER!!!
There is one tire that is very noisy. I have taken my van back to tire store with no results. The tire is very noisy beginning at sp weeds 40 to 65 MPH.
All four tires were initially installed with the inside walls facing outward. I was told that the tires had white letters which I did want want exposed on the outside. So I told the salesman to mount them with the inside walls facing outward. After getting home I found no white letters on any of the tires. In addition, I did not like the unfinished appearance of the sidewalls. I returned to the store and spoke with the manager about my dissatisfaction. He was resistant but called his sales guy over and told him to reverse the tires. I don't know what the manager told him to do, but he only reversed two of them. I returned to the store a second time and asked that the other two also be reversed. Three of the tires are still mounted with the inside walls facing outward and the fourth tire is mounted correctly, with the outside wall facing outward. I have returned to the store twice to get this straghtened out with no success. I'm giving up on this store. This is my third unpleasant experience at this store and I will not return to buy anything else there.
