Discoverer ST Maxx Customer Reviews
I have a very heavy Ford Transit AWD van. I didn't expect this tire to perform well on the highway, but it does. Since this design is off-road use, I didn't expect it to be quite on the highway. However, its noise level is reasonable. The tire is E-rated and performs well with loads. It doesn't wander if your vehicle is properly aligned. I have had no balancing issues that is so often associated with larger tires. Off-Road I air down to 20-30 lbs. It's a good compromise between grip, traction and load carrying. Because the tire performed so well, I purchased a second identical set for my van after 50K plus miles of use. Off-road, this tire has been on trails and gravel roads in the Canadian Northwest territories, the Yukon and Alaska without any failures.
