Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 SCT
Looking for a well-rounded ultra-high performance summer tire? Goodyear delivers with the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5!
Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 SCT Features
Designed to compete with the best of the best, the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 is for serious drivers and enthusiasts who want track-like performance and wet/dry condition confidence.
This tire was purpose-built to handle it all: rain or shine. Its impressive wet braking and dry handling make it an ideal ultra-high performance summer tire that can be enjoyed in a wide range of weather conditions.
Other features of the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 include:
With its premium ride quality and lightning quick performance, it’s the original equipment (OE) tire for many sports cars and high-performance sedans, including Teslas with the 255/40R-20 size.
SCT - SoundComfort Technology helps reduce the level of interior vehicle noise, offering a quieter, more comfortable ride.
Four circumferential grooves channel water away from the tire’s contact patch, reducing the risk of hydroplaning and offering excellent wet traction.
It delivers enhanced grip and sporty handling thanks to its asymmetrical tread pattern, which keeps close contact with its driving surface.
Reduced tread pattern flex means stability in high lateral forces, making it a tough and superior option for high performance maneuvering.
Improved fuel efficiency via low rolling resistance will help you save at the gas pump this summer.
Its highly refined tread compound offers great wet and dry condition capability without sacrificing strength or drive comfort.
