I noticed reduction in ride noise especially on freeways. Hopefully tire will last as rated. The only problem I see it that mileage has dropped ~10% that is the only reason I would not recommend it.
The tires are heavy with the added foam, I felt a significant reduction in performance on my Model 3, but it looks and feels very durable and is quiet. After thr first week of driving on them the foam came loose and the ride became extremely bumpy in the highway when I was driving. Discount tires replace the tire for me. I feel however though the alignment is a nightmare to get done right, my car no longer drives as smooth as it used to with my regular continentals that I had on them before. But after driving it I got used it it. Once it warms up on the highway the ride gets more smoother. I felt I should've gone with the michelin primacy tires instead.
