Roughly 3k in. Bought these budget tires for a car that seldom moves. They’re quiet, smooth and seem to be holding up well at highway speeds.
I did a lot of investigating on these tires. Long story short they are well manufactured by a major tire manufacturer. Excellent quality is there. The tires are on the front of a hot rod pickup truck that is drag raced. I reach speeds of 115 to 120 and need to be safe. My truck is for show, racing and weekend around town showing off.
Wheel balancing is an issue with these tires. When the tires were initially mounted, two would not balance according to the technicians the wheels were bent, so those were put on the rear of the vehicle. At highway speeds there was a very noticeable vibration. About a week ago, after inspecting and cleaning the wheels, I took the car back and had them try again. The technician that worked on it this time was persistent and was able to balance the tires. I did a high speed test and the vibration was gone. I do wish that I remembered the technician name so I could use it here, because I do appreciate that he was able to balance these tires.
Miles driven on the new tires is an estimate. Unfortunately with my Discount Tire profile, I cannot see details (including mileage for the car when I brought it in). So best guess for Miles driven on tire.
