Tires are great! I've been a customer of Discount Tire since 2008 and always been satisfied with product and service until my last visit (which will be the LAST visit) when the service manager was not truthful with me about alignment services. In brief, I specifically asked if this store could perform the requested alignment on what he described as a specialty vehicle and he stated yes. I asked again when I arrived for the scheduled appointment and again he said yes. When the tires were installed he informed me the store could not perform the alignment. If I had known this I would have gone elsewhere to begin with. This rude employee had no respect for time and was only focused on the sale of the tires. I declined your additional warranty and all other services offered at that time. If I cannot trust your staff to be honest with me, why would I return? I DO NOT RECOMMEND DISCOUNT TIRE and because of this employee, I will never return to any of your stores and will tell others about the dishonesty that took place during my last (and final!) visit to your store.
