Great Customer Service!
I’ve only had these tires for about four months and about 3,928 miles driven. However, the tires are performing as expected and in accordance with the manufacturer’s ratings. Also, I’d like to note that I live in the Mid West where the extreme heat can be a problem for tires but these tires are holding up fairly well so far and I switched to a BMW Certified tire from the Michelin Pilot Sport Tire because the Tires performed very vulnerable and was susceptible to picking up screws and elements from the road. Further, I couldn’t provide five ratings as of yet because I haven’t owned the Pirelli P Zero tires that long but so far so good and I’d highly recommend. For the record, I drive a BMW X7 2004, which is a heavy lift and requires the best tires and these tires so far are meeting my expectations.
